Business Development
Market Day & Swedish Award
YOUTH START Award
During the first phase, we welcome startups and entrepreneurs who want to develop their ideas into complete business plans. The program is conducted entirely online and we help participants to refine their ideas, create business plans, and prepare for market launch. (April 20-26)
We organize an intensive event week focusing on product presentations and the Swedish Award competition. Participants have the opportunity to launch their finished products and compete against other Swedish entrepreneurs in a high-stakes environment.(June 22-24)
The overall goal of the program is to build a strong Swedish team that can compete at the European level. The two best startups from the June event will represent Sweden with their sustainable, market-ready and innovative solutions at the European final in Skopje, North Macedonia. (October 23-26)
Empowering the Next Generation of
Sustainable Innovators
We are actively seeking diverse startup ideas and associated teams to join our Innovation Week Program. Our primary focus is on young entrepreneurs aged 14-22, fostering a vibrant environment for early-stage business development and market readiness.
Participants can come from Borås and Jönköping municipalities, leading universities, science parks, or the national network of Ung Företagsamhet. We welcome applications from young innovators across the globe, ensuring a truly international perspective for our Swedish team.
What's Included for Participants
Travel & Accommodation
Participants receive full coverage for all travel expenses and free accommodation during the entire program duration.
ECO-NECT Membership
Participants only pay a monthly membership fee to join the ECO-NECT network and access exclusive training resources.
Market Launch Support
Participants have the opportunity to launch their finished products and compete at the Swedish national award ceremony.
1 Million SEK
The prize is awarded to the most innovative and sustainable startup solutions that emerge from our program. In addition to this, we provide a dedicated incubator sector and access to 3 million SEK in additional financing opportunities to support your growth and market launch.
Winning startups receive comprehensive support including incubator access: 3 million SEK (in addition to YOUTH START prizes and any contributions from Borås or Jönköping municipality)
